Overview

We designed and delivered a flagship collaboration and event environment combining a high-capacity auditorium, an executive VIP Majlis, and an enterprise-wide smart meeting room ecosystem. The objective was to create a premium corporate-grade auditorium and collaboration facility while standardizing advanced meeting technology across the entire facility.

 

The Challenge

The client required an auditorium capable of supporting conferences, live productions, and hybrid broadcasts — alongside a VIP executive space and over 50 meeting rooms needing consistent, easy-to-use technology. The system had to deliver production-grade performance while remaining intuitive for everyday users.
